

JAN M. SMITH
With more than 20 years of experience as a
Human Resource professional, Jan M. Smith provides organizations
and individual clients with invaluable professional advice in the areas
of Training and Development, Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Human
Resource Management. She works as a consultant, coach and seminar
leader for corporations and non- profit organizations both nationally
and abroad.
Her career has spanned numerous industries
including; hospitality, entertainment, manufacturing, technical,
healthcare and retail for companies such as The Walt Disney Company and
its subsidiaries, Universal Studios Hollywood, Saks Fifth Avenue,
Nestle USA, Mirage Resorts Inc., Westin Resorts, Macys Department
Stores, Caesars Palace Entertainment Company, Pechanga Resort and
Casino and Princess Cruises.
Ms. Smith is the founder and President of
Inland Management Group, a Human Resource consulting and training
organization with clients nationwide. Her speaking and training
engagements encompass major business and human resource issues such as,
Retention, Change Management, Effective Recruiting, Professional
Business Image, Sexual Harassment, and Customer Service.
Ms. Smith has worked on international
assignments with the Tokyo DisneySeas organization, where she developed
a career transition process for expatriate employees. Locally, she
designed and implemented a culture change program for over 1,700
opening staff members of Southern California's Pechanga Resort and
Casino.
Noted as an expert in the recruitment field
for difficult to hire positions, Ms. Smith has completed several
large-scale pre-opening recruitment projects. She identified and
placed the opening staff of culinary positions for the 2,500-room Beau
Rivage Mirage Resort property in Biloxi, Mississippi, and similar
recruiting assignments for major Las Vegas casino organizations.
Jan M. Smith holds a Bachelors of
Administration business degree from the University of LaVerne, and a
Certification in Human Resources from California State University,
Northridge. She is a proud member of the Temecula Chamber of
Commerce.
Ms. Smith assists organizations in
